PUC First Year Arts :
Part I : Choose any two of the following languages
Kannada , English , Hindi , Urdu, Sanskrit
Part II : Choose any one core combinations from the following :
1) History, Sociology, Political Science, Education
2) History, Sociology, Political Science, Economics

PUC First Year Commerce :
Part I : English is Compulsory and the student can choose any one of the
following languages.
Kannada , Hindi , Urdu, Sanskrit
Part II : Choose any one core combinations from the following :
1) Business Studies, Accountancy, Statistics, Economics
2) Business Studies, Accountancy, Statistics, Basic Mathematics
3) Business Studies, Accountancy, Computer Science, Economics

PUC First Year Science :
Part I : English is Compulsory and the student can choose any one of the
following languages.
Kannada , Hindi , Urdu, Sanskrit
Part II : Choose any one core combinations from the following :
1) Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology
2) Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science
3) Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics

PUC Second Year Arts / Commerce / Science Students
The students will have to continue in the same subjects which they have offered at PUC First Year

Scholarships :
The following Scholarships of Govt. of India and Govt. of Karnataka are awarded to eligible students :
01) National Merit Scholarship.
02) Rural Merit Scholarship
03) Mine Organisations Scholarship
04) Urdu Merit Scholarship
05) BCM Post Metric Scholarship.
06) Defence Personnel Children Scholarship.
07) Hindi Merit Scholarship.
08) Jindal Trust Scholarship.
09) Government of India Scholarship for Backward, SC & ST students.
10) Scholarships for the Physically handicapped students.
11) Scholarships arranged by the Management / College authorities.
Applications for the above mentioned Government scholarships should be made only in the prescribed printed forms which are available in the office.

PROCEDURE FOR CLAIMING FEE CONCESSION :
Students belonging to all categories have to pay full fees while taking admission. Their fee will be refunded only after receiving the said amount from the concerned authorities.
Fee concessions can be claimed by the SC/ST/Backward community and special group students in accordance with the Government rules in force. Students claiming fee concessions should produce original income certificate duly verified, along with six copies and identity card. For any lapse the student concerned alone shall be responsible.

RULES FOR THE ISSUE OF CERTIFICATES :
Application for any certificate shall be made in writing to the Principal giving information about Roll No. Class, year of study and present address. Certificates / duplicates can be had on payment of prescribed fees.

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE :
The transfer Certificate will be issued only to the Principal of the College where the candidate wishes to join, as per the rules of the PU Board after paying prescribed fees.
